99 ford contour front shake while braking?

dug into my front end after my rack and pinion went out, i put a new rack and pinion, new tie rods, new ball joints, new sway bar with new bushings and new sway bar links, new strut mounts with new strut bearings.new control arms and new bushings new rotors and new pads, torqued everything to spec but when i brake i get a shake from the front end just like i had before, was thinking calipers or front tire out of balance, thanks for the input
