My Ford Focus radio will not connect?

Ever since getting my car last year everything has been fine and I never had any problems. My focus is a 2010, and just the other day after work i jumped into my car to go home. My phone would connect to my car, but every time I try to press the voice command, the voice comes up then it just switches back to the radio. And even when I press the aux cord it goes back to the radio. It s like someone s actually pressing on the stations or something. I don t know what the problem is. I also can t reset it because i would have to go it through the menu option on my controls, and I can t cause it switches back to radio. Please help me.
