Max tire size for a 78 F150 Ranger?

Ive got a stock 78 Ford F150 Ranger and wanted to know what is the biggest tire I can put on there? I am looking for an All-Terrain tire for this truck. The previous owner had the 33/10.50-15 on there and just wanted to see if I can go bigger as far as the tire goes.
