2003 Ford Ranger extended cab. 2 Doors?

Looking at buying a 2003 ford ranger extended cab. It only has two doors. I admit not knowing a lot about Rangers, but I thought when the suicide door version came out, the 2 door stopped. Maybe I am mistaken? Can someone tell me if Ford offered both versions of the extended cab at the same time?
