2011 mustang mykey programming?

so I have a 2011 Ford mustang v6 and when I turn it on it says "mykey active drive safely" does that mean that it has something blocked and that's why it's active? I tried to reset the mykey but no mykey option shows up… I put it in on and pressed and held the setup button but no msg of set up mykey comes up. I was playing around with the car and wound up with the system check and one of the checks was " 2 mykeys active, 1 master key" I have 2 keys.
