My horn in my truck is broken and can be fixed and wont work with my new steering wheel?

I have an '86 ford f150 and the new steering wheel I have wont work with the hook ups to my horns. And they are broken anyways. Is there any type of system or car horn set that I can get and that is easy to install. I don't want train horns. I have a CB radio if there is anything I can do with that. If you can, can you please post links to parts or anything I might need to buy?
