I have a 97 Ford Expedition XLT 8cyl 5.4 engine…that shakes and poots?

When my truck is in park it will shake, and when I drive my truck no matter how many miles per hour I drive my truck poots, what I mean by poots is the truck feels like it looses power or misfire. Can somebody help?
