P2237 on my 12 ford f150 ecoboost what is wrong? O2 Sensor?

Code is P2237 - O2 Sensor Positive Current Control Circuit Open Bank 1 Sensor 1. I have a new O2 Sensor but I do not want to use it unless I know for sure that s the case as I cannot take it back once I plug it in.
