I have a 2008 ford fusion, im having problems with a /c?

I have 2008 ford fusion, the ac doesnt work at all now doesnt blow or anything. At first it would work on and off now. It wont come on. It was low on freon. Had leak test done. No leaks. No check engine light or anything on
