MAF sensor or fuel injectors?

My 1994 ford tempo lx v6 with 70k miles misfires on cold starts. I have changed spark plugs, wites, dist cap, rotors, and used fuel injector cleaner. Does the MAF needs cleaning or replace the fuel injectors?
