2000 E-150 Econoline Ford van Antifreeze/coolant leak maybe. Idk?

Green liquid (antifreeze) possibly is leaking from a metal tube coming down near the drivers side REAR tire. We recently drove like 1600 miles to Denver, CO then back to Springfield, MO but the van never acted like the engine was running bad or anything. It just started doing this today. It s not leaking very much but it s still there.
