In a tricky situation… Looking to lease a car but poor job history. Any tips?

I am looking to lease a new car… I just started a new job a few months ago so I have poor employment history. I also only make $12 an hour but work full time. I have good credit though. I m around 750 for all three credit bureaus. And I currently don t have any other bills to pay, I have all my credit cards paid off and I don t have any rent or other bills except insurance. I m apart of the A/z plan at ford and have about 1500 saved up for a down payment. Looking to have a car payment under 250.

The only people I have to cosign are my parents. They have been at their jobs for 25+ years and make 50k each a year. The only downfall to them is their credit is in the low 500s.

Do I have any chance of getting approved? Do they take the lowest credit score and is my interest going to be super high? Or would I be better to just go without a cosigner. Help!
