What's better, Ford or Honda?

people told me ford's (excluding trucks) can be problematic compared to other makes. But I really like Ford, and don't know if this is my sense or heart talking but think Ford is the best of all. Plus, some guy told me Ford parts last long. IS there any truth to this or is this guy playing with my mind?
