How much does it cost to reseal an entire motor?

I drive an escape 2001 v6. I dropped it off yesterday at ford for the $60 diagnostic and they are telling me it is leaking oil so bad that the entire motor needs to be resealed or replaced. I figure a reseal costs less, so how much would it cost?
Added (1). ponderer i dont know what you mean by do not go back there, like dont go back to ford?
